Tears

Every drop of this fluid
From my tired eyes,
Feels like a lucid
Dream, fantasized lies.

I care, but I'm scared.
I want to run with you,
But I won't dare—
For I may hurt you.

I was never been true,
Built from imagination.
But this fairy that flew,
Left you with tears and song.
